Landlord operations health check
Answer six direct questions about how you run the portfolio. You will get one priority fix, not a generic report and not an email gate.
Short answer
A small rental portfolio is operationally healthy when expected and received rent reconcile by unit, expenses and proof stay with each property, deadlines cannot surprise the owner, and every repair or deposit decision can be reconstructed. This check exposes the weakest of those systems.

What this checks
The six questions cover the points where a 1-to-10-unit portfolio usually loses control: collections, expense classification, lease deadlines, maintenance follow-through, deposit evidence, and property documents. A yes means you can answer from one current record, not that the information probably exists somewhere.
What it does not check
This is an operating-system diagnostic, not legal, tax, accounting, or property-management advice. Local notice rules, trust-account requirements, document retention, and deposit law still control. The result identifies recordkeeping exposure; it does not decide compliance.
